Below are a few ideas for how you might like to spend your free time whilst visiting the capital. It is by no means extensive and if you have ideas for other items that you think other travellers would be interested in, please contact webmaster@simplybesttrips.co.uk with your suggestion and we may add it to the page.
The London Bridge Experience
Housed in the vaults of the world's most famous bridge, The London Bridge Experience
is the capital's most entertaining, educational and adrenalin-

A stunning combination of special effects, CGI, real characters and animation will take you from the bridge's creation in Roman times, right through to the opening of the modern day bridge. There will be some unexpected shocks, thrills and drama along the way.
The London Tombs
Not for the faint hearted, a visit to The London Tombs is adrenalin-
This attraction, like The London Bridge Experience above, is all about location, location, location and, of course, getting the pants scared off you! You never know what is lurking round the next corner.

The Railway Children
York Theatre Royal's stage production of E Nesbit's popular 1906 novel The Railway Children comes to London, staged in the former Eurostar terminal in Waterloo Station.
The Railway Children tells the story of Bobby, Peter and Phyllis, three children whose lives change dramatically when their father is mysteriously taken away.

They move from London to a cottage in rural Yorkshire with their mother where they
befriend the local railway porter and embark on a magical journey of discovery, friendship
and adventure. But the mystery remains -
The Railway Children is staged to coincide with the 40th anniversary of the 1970 film, which starred Jenny Agutter, Bernard Cribbins and Dinah Sheridan.
The show features the old Gentleman's saloon carriage from the original classic film and a period steam train from the National Railway Museum.
